Corsicana — CISCO — Tim Wright and Devin Lauderdale both had three touchdowns and the defense allowed less than 200 yards total offense as No. 2-ranked Navarro rolled past Cisco, 58-10, on Thursday at Chesley Field.
Wright rushed for a game-high 156 yards on 17 carries, scoring on runs of 28, 5 and 7 yards as the Bulldogs fell behind 3-0 in the first quarter before scoring 30 straight points.
When Wright wasn’t lighting up the Cisco defense, it was the passing combination of quarterback Josh Greer and Lauderdale. They hooked up from 22 yards to open the second quarter and just before the half connected again from 79 yards.

Navarro responded with 28 straight points. Cameron Washington rambled for a 20-yard TD, the Greer-to-Lauderdale combo went for a 59-yard TD completion and Wright scored from 7 yards. Backup quarterback Alex Allen added a 6-yard scoring run in the waning minutes for the Bulldogs (3-0, 1-0).
Greer completed 21 of 28 passes for 300 yards. Lauderdale was his favorite receiver with six receptions for 181 yards.
Navarro churned out 563 yards total offense. Cisco’s offense struggled, particularly on the ground, where it managed just 32 yards on 34 attempts.
