FREE THROWS:  Navarro pummeled Bossier Parish for the 11th consecutive time Wednesday….Navarro scored 62 points during the second half and equaled the Cavaliers’ total for the game….The Bulldogs’ 97 points Wednesday represented their highest offensive output against BPCC since they scored a 101-69 victory at Bossier, La., in the 2009-10 season….Players recruited practically out of Bossier’s backyard — one from Monroe and two from Alexandria — played major roles in dismantling the Cavaliers.  The three Navarro players combined for 32 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.  Monroe’s Toney Foster led 12 Bulldog scorers with 14 points.  Troy Jones added 11 points and two rebounds, while Duan Wright contributed 7 points and a team-high 11 rebounds….And a sophomore transfer from New Orleans, Mike Hagan-Daniel, got his licks with a pair of three-pointers….Navarro had 8 blocks to match its 8 dunks in the game, and also had 8 three-point shots during the second half….Neville Fincher rejected three shots; Jaleel Cousins, two; and Daniel, DaShawn Robinson, and Khory Ross each blocked one….Navarro hit 7 of its first 8 shots to start the second half and began to expand on its 35-28 halftime advantage….Navarro shot 52.9% from the floor on 37-of-70 shooting….The Bulldogs nailed 50% of their shots from three-point range for the second time in their last three outings…Wednesday, NC collectively hit 11-of-22 from the perimeter…Navarro hosts a free basketball clinic for boys and girls in Grades 1-6 between 10 am and noon Saturday at the Special Events Center.
