The Navarro Runnin’ Bulldogs enjoyed another successful season in 2015-2016 under head coach Michael Landers and reached the Region XIV Tournament.  Between 2006-2012, the Bulldogs were in the Region XIV Tournament Championship finals six times in seven seasons — a run that’s unprecedented in league history. They’ll be battling in Region XIV’s East Zone against some of the NJCAA’s top programs. Navarro’s competed in the NJCAA National Tournament at Hutchinson (KS) three times, finishing fourth place after a 30-7 season in 2009-10.

Landers and assistant coach Scott Monarch have high expectations for the 2016-2017 season.
