To pay over the phone using a credit card, please call the Cashier's Office at (903) 875-7323 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST). Be sure and inquire about payment options when you call or come by.
If you want to pay your tuition in full or in installments, you may now do so online using e-Cashier. Some advantages include:

- No interest
E-Cashier is now the only way for students to pay tuition using an installment plan through Navarro College. You can choose from two payment options: automatic bank payment (ACH) or credit/debit card.
In addition, many students may qualify for financial aid. For more information, please visit the Financial Aid page on the Navarro College Web site. For active duty military personnel, go to Military.com Active Duty Education Benefits User's Guide for some options on how to pay for college.
Q: How do I get my books and course materials?
A: Books and materials can be purchased from any Navarro College campus location bookstore, or by ordering them online. It is recommended that you purchase your books immediately upon registration to ensure materials will be available in time for your class. Q: Where do I take tests?
A: While some courses will allow you to take tests in the privacy of your own home, many online courses will require you to take tests in a supervised environment. - Go to the Virtual College of Texas Web site
- Click on the Admin. button located on the navigation menu (left-hand side of the page)
- Select the "View VCT Contacts" link

Q: How do I access my student e-mail account?
A: All students are assigned a free Navarro College e-mail account for college-related activities. Your e-mail address will be: "firstname.lastname@navarrocollege.edu" You can access your account by selecting the Webmail button located on the Navarro College homepage. Your Username and Password will be the same as for Blackboard and WebAdvisor (See above).
If you are taking an online or hybrid course, you will need to check your e-mail regularly so you won?t miss any messages from your instructor. Also, remember to ALWAYS log out of your Webmail account after each session.
Q: Who do I contact if I need help?
A: Your instructor can assist you with questions pertaining to your course and what will be expected of you during the semester, and it is always important to let your instructor know immediately if you are having difficulty with your coursework. Be sure and read your syllabus and course outline carefully - answers to many of your questions may already be contained in these documents.
If you are having technical issues or cannot access Blackboard, please e-mail Matt Miller or Pat Southard in the Navarro College Media Integration Services Center as soon as possible.
For problems relating to WebAdvisor or accessing your Webmail account, please e-mail Brandon Ford in the Navarro College Computer Center.
When contacting your instructor or help desk personnel, please provide your full name, date of birth, class you're taking with the section number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing (including any error messages). If you are leaving a voicemail message, please be brief - speak slowly and clearly - and always leave a number where you can be reached. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Can I access library resources online?
A: From the library Web site you can access electronic journal article databases, as well as the online library catalog. In addition, you can access the collection of electronic books and find information on how to borrow print items the library does not own. There is also information about the library, such as hours of operation and locations and policies affecting library customers. For assistance or more information, call (903) 875-7442 or e-mail david.baca@navarrocollege.edu.
Q: What are some additional things I need to know to be a successful online student?
A: Be sure to access your course and check your e-mail daily. Since the success of your class depends on receiving assignments and information, it is important to stay on top of the game.
If you have questions about your course, don't hesitate to ask your instructor. If you've read your syllabus and course information carefully and still have questions, e-mail your instructor.
Online classes add flexibility. It might be a little confusing and frustrating at first, but you can create structure by setting aside the time necessary to devote to your online class. Also, keep up with your course calendar for assignment deadlines.
Get involved in your class. Learning will be effective if you actively participate. This is true for any course but is essential in an online class.
