Rental fee includes background music and either a wireless or wired microphone.
Any other media needs for your event will be a flat $100 fee with the set up performed by the staff of Navarro College Media Department. If you would like the staff of the Media Department to personal handle your event’s media needs that can be arranged for a $ 75 per hour fee in addition to the rental fee.
The Cook Center media equipment includes a 15 1/2 x 27 1/2 screen at the front of Atrium B and surrounds sound. There are two 9 x 15 1/2 screens in Atrium A. All screens can project high definition video. Different images can be shown on each screen. We have the equipment to project a live event on one or all the screens. Lighting is always checked before any event to ensure the proper lighting issues required are addressed.
The Cook Center equipment with the Navarro College Media Department can handle any request you have for media to make your event extra special.
