Teaching Philosophy: My philosophy of teaching and of the communication discipline grows out my desire to merge academic research with practicality. This topic is the only one which all students and individuals currently use and will use every day of their lives. My goal as a speech instructor is to provide my students with tools that they can use to improve the material quality of their lives. I believe that every student has something valuable to share with the world and my job is to help them find their voice and develop it so that they can share more effectively.
