The NRG Limestone Generating Station is located in Jewett Texas, approximately 30 miles South of Mexia.

NRG partners with Navarro College to offer educational opportunities for residents in the South Service area in the field of power plant operations. Course are taught at the Plant using a combination of both classroom and hands-on learning to give you real world skills that can be used as soon as you complete the program.

The 10 course program is available for both current high school students and adult learners who want to gain new skills and increase their salary potential.  Completion of this certificate will give you the knowlege, skills and abilities to succeed in the workplace.
