Navarro County Area Students, Faculty, and Staff Can Visit the Pearce Museum Free Through April 8, 2016


Free Admission to Pearce Museum for All Navarro County Area Students, Faculty and Staff!

In honor of our special exhibition “The Legend of Hiawatha: Stories & Paintings by Ed Copley”, the Pearce Museum at Navarro College is waiving admission fees for all students, faculty and staff of Navarro County public and private area schools through April 8th, 2016. The Pearce Museum is located on the Corsicana campus of Navarro College in the Cook Education Center. Hours are Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM (including Spring Break week, March 14 – 18, 2016) and every Saturday, Noon – 4 PM.

In addition to The Legends of Hiawatha, the Pearce is also featuring a special exhibit on Texas’s role in the Civil War, Our Borders & Beyond, and the addition of two Malakoff prehistoric carved heads to our Hunter-Gatherers of the Blackland Prairie interactive gallery. The Pearce Museum is family friendly and fun for all ages!
