PERSONAL PROPERTY INVENTORY FORM

Before you move to campus, make a list of valuable personal items so that in the event of loss, theft, or damage, you have the information you need to file an insurance claim or work with the police. We have two types of forms available in paper (PDF) and online (see below). Please choose one version to complete. You may print out the Personal Property Inventory Form to document the necessary information in a hard-copy form and deliver it to the Department of Residence Life Office. Or you may choose to complete an online version in which you will get a digital copy sent to the email address you indicated on the form.
