DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — National Cheerleader Association Junior College Championships now package by the dozen for Navarro, just like long-stem roses in a box.
Coach Monica Aldama’s Cheer Dynasty beat three other teams decisively to win their 12th JC Division national title in 15 years Friday. Navarro Cheer won its seventh straight JC Division crown, and for the fourth consecutive time, claimed NCA Cheer’s Grand National Champion designation.
It’s an unprecedented run of success in NCA competition.
In Friday’s final at The Band Shell, Navarro fashioned an unmatched, untouchable score of 98.6, following up Thursday’s winning prelim effort of 97.83 at The Ocean Center.
