STREAKS: TJC has won 28 of its last 29 matches, spanning two seasons. After its 3-2 loss at Navarro on September 26, 2018, the Apache Ladies lost only to Monroe in the NJCAA Championship Final at Foley, Al., (3-1). Navarro brings a winning streak of five matches into play Tuesday.

RANKINGS: Both Region XIV powers are Top-10 constants annually. TJC has maintained its preseason No. 2 rank throughout the 2019 regular season. Navarro, ranked No. 5 in preseason, has been ranked No. 8 for consecutive polling periods.

LAST MEETING: Tyler defeated Navarro 3-2 on Wednesday, Sept 25 at Pat Hartley Field in Tyler. Kayleigh Mineheart’s goal at 70:17 was the game-winner after the Bulldogs had battled back from an early 2-0 deficit to tie the match. Goals by Nathalie Rojas and Roneisha Frank brought Navarro even after TJC’s Patricia Estupinan scored twice in the first 10 minutes.
