Adult Education and Literacy Program

The purpose of the Adult Education and Literacy Program is to inspire and enable all adults, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. All classes and instructional materials used in the classroom are also available free of charge. Classes are available in Navarro, Ellis, and Kaufman counties.
The Adult Education and Literacy program is available to adults needing basic literacy skills in reading, writing, and math in order to compete successfully in a workplace and build stronger communication skills within their family and in their communities.
