The Planetarium at Navarro College
Located in the Cook Education Center, the Planetarium at Navarro College is a large circular theater featuring a 60-foot dome screen and 200 seats. It offers immersive astronomy and science-themed programs for both Navarro College students and the public.
The planetarium serves as:

An educational field trip destination for area schools

A learning and entertainment venue for the community

Academic and Public Use
During the school year:

Monday - Friday mornings are reserved for Navarro College courses and scheduled group visits.

Afternoons are open to the general public.
The planetarium is closed during all college holidays.
Public Programming
Throughout the year, the planetarium offers a variety of science and astronomy presentations for general audiences.
Please note: Schedules may change due to college programming, group reservations, private events, or maintenance needs. Call the Cook Education Center at (903) 875-7596 to confirm current showtimes.
Normal Operational Hours
Available for group reservations and presentations.

Admissions

Public Programming and Private Group Presentations: $3.00 per person (during normal operational hours)
