Whether you're beginning college for the first time, returning to continue your education, or pursuing new career opportunities, Bulldog Open House is designed to help you prepare for a successful start at Navarro College.

This in-person event complements your Virtual Bulldog Orientation by giving you the opportunity to explore your campus, connect with the people who will support you during your time at Navarro College, and learn about the resources available before classes begin.

Participation in a Virtual Bulldog Orientation is not required to attend a Bulldog Open House.

What You'll Experience

At Bulldog Open House, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Tour your campus and become familiar with classrooms, student services, and other key locations.

• Meet the staff who will support you throughout your time at Navarro College, including:

  • Success Coaches

  • Financial Aid

  • Admissions and Cashiers

  • Bookstore staff

  • Contact Center staff

• Receive assistance accessing:

  • MyNC

  • Self-Service

  • Student Email

  • Canvas

• Ask questions about enrollment, registration, campus resources, and student services.

• Gain confidence and feel prepared before the first day of classes.

 

Who Should Attend?

Bulldog Open House is recommended for students who plan to attend the Mexia, Midlothian, or Waxahachie campus and would like to:

• Become familiar with their campus.

• Connect with campus staff.

• Learn about available student resources.

• Prepare for the start of classes.

Parents, family members, and supporters are welcome to attend.
