Navarro College is proud to announce Ms. Jodi Price as one of the five recipients of the 2019 National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Excellence Award. NISOD’s Excellence Awards were established in 1991 to provide colleges with an opportunity to recognize individuals each year who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and contribution to the students and colleagues on their campuses.
Ms. Jodi Price has been an English professor at the Navarro College-Waxahachie since 2008. Her classes include Composition and Rhetoric British Literature, American Literature, and Creative Writing. She has previously won The National Endowment for the Humanities Professor of the Year (2002), William Winter Scholar Award (2003), and League for Innovation Excellence Award (2014). Congratulations to her and we appreciate her commitment to Navarro College and her students!
