Phi Theta Kappa Membership
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) membership recognizes academic excellence and provides students with opportunities for leadership, scholarships, and professional development.
Eligible students receive an official invitation via their student email each semester when they meet the requirements for membership.
Membership Requirements
To qualify for PTK membership at Navarro College, students must:
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5

Zeta Omicron Chapter - 3.5 GPA
-
Beta Upsilon Chi Chapter - 3.5 GPA
Complete the required coursework

12 semester hours for Associate degree coursework
-
6 semester hours for Certificate coursework
Grades for courses completed at other institutions may be considered when determining membership eligibility.
Becoming a Member
Once eligible:

You will receive an invitation in your student email from the chapter adviser when you are eligible to join.

It will contain an unique passcode that you can enter at the PTK's website to accept membership.

You will receive a formal invitation from the International Office of Phi Theta Kappa
Membership fees (one-time, lifetime membership):

Zeta Omicron Chapter: $95
