Residential Mail & Packages
The Mailroom hours of operation can be found below. Hours are subject to change in observance of federal and College holidays, impending weather, or for administrative reasons. Residents will be notified via email or text message of adjustments to the schedule.
All mail and packages for residents living on-campus (Corsicana dorms) should be sent to the following address:

Mail and packages sent to physical addresses may not be securely delivered to the Mail and Package Center.
All mail and packages for Corsicana residents are available for pickup during regular hours. You must present your Navarro College student identification card and a pickup confirmation email.

Is My Mail / Package Ready for Pick Up? Sending Mail Forwarding Mail Frequently Asked Questions
All mail is delivered to campus five (5) days a week during the academic year, and four (4) days a week during summer sessions. Before being transferred to the residential mailroom, it is sorted.
There is no mail delivery to the College on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Be mindful that although your letter or package may arrive on campus, it may not be ready for pick up until the following business day.
Is My Mail or Package Ready for Pick-Up?

Mail and packages are ready for pickup when students receive notification to their Navarro College email, and a text message from Housing & Residence Life confirming that the mail/package has been logged and processed.

All mail and packages that come to the Mailroom must be processed before residents can pick them up. This can take anywhere between 1-2 business days depending on the volume and day received.

Delivery confirmations from carriers (Amazon, UPS, USPS, etc.) do not indicate that the package is ready for pickup. If you have any questions about the status of your package, please email contact the mailroom.

Residents are encouraged to pick-up mail and packages soon after they have been processed.

Mail and packages not picked up within 30 days will be returned to the carrier.
Sending Mail or Packages
The Residence life/Housing Office or the Mailroom can send mail or packages as long as it is pre-stamped or pre-labeled. The Mailroom does not sell any packing or packaging materials. Supplies such as boxes, tape, and envelopes are available for purchase at the College Bookstore (Albritton Building).
Forwarding and Returning Mail
The Mail & Package Center only receives and logs mail and packages for current on-campus residents.

Mail and packages received for anyone not living on campus will be returned to carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, etc.) and/or may be disposed of at the carrier's discretion.

We cannot forward mail or packages to anyone no longer residing on campus.

Housing residents who move off-campus should ensure they are sending mail and packages to their current off-campus address.

Frequently Asked Questions
CAN I DELEGATE SOMEONE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
If you are unable to personally pick up your package, you can authorize a fellow Navarro College student to collect it on your behalf. First, you will need to email Housing & Residence Life Office the full name of the individual picking up the mailed items or package and the Tracking Number(s). The person picking up the mailed items must be a fellow Navarro College student, and they must bring their Navarro College student identification card with them.
I HAVE A PACKAGE TO PICK UP BUT THE MAILROOM IS CLOSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please visit the main Residence Life office during our normal business hours for assistance.
I'VE LOST MY MAILBOX KEY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Residents must submit a work order to have their key replaced by informing the Mailroom of a lost of broken key. Until the replacement key is made, residents may visit the Gibson Hall's Mailroom for assistance to obtain their letter mail.

Alcohol and Tobacco products
Residents found attempting to receive or send any prohibited items through the mail services may face disciplinary action in accordance with college housing policies.
