Have a maintenance issue?
Emergency work orders (fires and floods) need to be reported immediately to the Area Coordinator on duty by calling the Housing cell phone at (903) 654-2778.
All work orders (emergency or non-emergency) need to be reported online via the ResLife system.
Visit reslife.navarrocollege.edu and log in with your Navarro College username (firstname.lastname) and password.
Under "Add New Work Orders Below," choose category.
Type description of maintenance issue. Be as detailed as possible - be sure to describe location of issue in room, how often it happens, when it started, and all pertinent information.
