Policy

USE OF AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING

The Navarro College Board of Trustees encourages freedom of expression and professional, open exchange of ideas. Any employee who wishes to audio or video tape a meeting or conversation must notify all present.

This policy does not apply to the commissioned peace officers employed by the Navarro College Department of Public Safety using audio/video recording in the performance of their duties.
